WORKSHOP AT NUMS RESEARCH AND FACILITATION CENTRE (NRFC)

On August 10, 2023, a highly informative one-day workshop was organized at the NUMS Research and Facilitation Centre (NRFC) for the students of MSc Healthcare Administration from AFPGMI, along with enthusiastic participants from AFIC. The workshop, focusing on "Research Methodology," witnessed a commendable turnout of 37 eager participants.

 

The facilitators for this insightful workshop were Brig. Dilshad Ahmed Khan (Director Academics NUMS) and Brig. Muhammad Alamgir Khan (Director Academics AM College). The primary objective of the workshop was to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental aspects of research methodology.

 

Through a series of engaging and interactive sessions, the participants delved into the key components of research, gaining insights into research question formulation, variable and hypothesis establishment, research objectives delineation, the crucial assessment of research feasibility, and designing research questionnaires for quantitative studies, emphasizing the critical role of well-structured questionnaires in effective data collection.

 

This workshop undoubtedly played a pivotal role in nurturing a new cohort of proficient researchers, equipped with the tools and understanding necessary to embark on meaningful and impactful research endeavors. The NUMS Research and Facilitation Centre remains committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and academic excellence through such insightful workshops.
