• Application for CHPE admissions shall be filled online. Candidates are required to scan and upload following with Online Application Form: 

1. One passport size Photograph
2. Candidate’s CNIC
3. Basic Degree and Transcript (Sixteen years of education)
4. Highest Degree and Transcript (If any)
5. Valid registration with regulatory body, wherever applicable
6. NOC from employer (If Govt/Semi employed), wherever applicable

• After successful attachment of scanned copies then click the “Submit” button.
• Upon successful submission of application, the candidate will be able to print Application Processing Fee Challan.

• Candidates are required to visit nearest branch of Habib Bank Ltd (countrywide) to deposit application processing Fee.
• After depositing fee, scan the bank stamped “Paid Fee Challan” and attach with Online Application Form, then click the “Final Submit”.

• There is no need to send printed Application Form.
