All PhD/ MS/MPhil/MSc/Dip-card & BS programs graduates who have completed degree requirements till Fall Semester-2023.

• All graduates are required to register themselves & their guests ONLINE at NUMS website (www.numspak.edu.pk) through student’s registration number on payment of Rs. 5000/- as convocation fee.
• ONLINE Registration will open at 10:00 AM on Friday, 27^th December 2024 and will close at 4:00 PM on Friday, 10^th January 2025.
• No registration will be accepted after the due date.
• Graduates shall be required to fill in the online Form carefully. Must check and confirm the details before submission.
• Data once submitted shall not be editable subsequently and will be used for security clearance.
• Graduates should write addresses as per their CNIC. Hostel addresses are not allowed.
• Graduates shall be responsible to collect their Convocation Invitation Cards & Entry Passes for their guests from Student Affairs Counter after the convocation Rehearsal at the venue.

Two guests per graduate (parents/ brothers / sisters/ husband/ wife) are allowed and they may be registered ONLINE for attending the convocation on payment of Rs. 1000/- each.

1. Convocation robes can be collected on the day of rehearsal on Friday, 21st February 2025 from the establish desk at the venue on payment of Rs. 3000/- (Refundable).
2. The amount of Convocation Gowns will be directly collected / deposited at time of Gown collection at the established desk at the venue.
3. In case of a damaged/ stained Gown or failed to return the gown, the security amount deposited will be seized.
4. Convocation Gowns will be returned immediately after the Convocation Ceremony at the established desk in the venue.

• Formal Dress code should be followed by the graduates on both days.
• The Dress code for male graduates is Black, Dark Grey, Brown or Navy Blue LOUNGE SUIT with matching white / off-white Shirt & Tie with formal Shoes (No slippers / Joggers) Graduates opting to wear SHALWAR KAMEEZ must put on Black, Dark Grey, Brown or Navy Blue Waist Coat.
• Female graduates shall wear modest clothes in Black, Dark Grey, Beige or Navy Blue with formal shoes / strapped sandals (No slippers/ Joggers).
• T-Shirts, Sleeve-less dress, Jeans or Tights are strictly not allowed.

• Rehearsal will be held on Friday, 21^st February 2025.
• Time and Venue will be informed later.
• Only those who have attended the rehearsal for the convocation would be allowed to attend the convocation ceremony. Attendance is mandatory for every graduate on rehearsal day.

1. The graduates must note that they will not be allowed to attend the Convocation if:
   • Do not register for the Convocation.
   • Do not take part in Rehearsal.
   • Do not wear the Convocation Robes.
   • Do not reach the Convocation Venue in Time.
2. Do not bring Mobile Phones / Gadgets / Bags etc on both Rehearsal and Convocation days. If incase of carrying any luggage, same will be submitted at the designated point in the venue.
3. Original CNIC are required for entry at the venue on Rehearsal day. CNIC (graduate and guests) & Invitation card are required for entry at the venue on Convocation day.
4. The graduates are required to maintain the sanctity of the ceremony.
