The assessment methods will include continuous evaluation throughout the course, an end-of-course assessment, and a final certificate exam. To qualify for our certificate program, applicants should meet the following criteria:

1. Age Limit: Between 18 to 40 years
2. Pre-Qualification: A minimum of FSc/A Levels (Pre Medical), with 50% or higher marks. For candidates with foreign academic qualifications, an equivalence certificate from IBCC.

4. Medical Fitness Certificate: Prior to the interview, candidates must provide a Medical Fitness Certificate, underscoring their readiness to undertake the responsibilities of a care assistant with diligence and care.

• Application for admissions shall be filled online. Candidates are required to scan and upload following with Online Application Form: 

1. Applicants Photograph
2. Applicants’ CNIC
3. SSC Certificate / O Level Transcript and Equivalence
4. HSSC Certificate / A Level Transcript and Equivalence

• Upon successful completion of application, the candidate will be able to print Application Processing Fee Challan.
• Candidates are required to visit nearest branch of Habib Bank Ltd (countrywide) to deposit Application Processing Fee by due date as mentioned above.
• After Fee submission, upload the NUMS Copy of paid of Fee challan on Online Admission Portal then click the “Final Submission” button.
