Basic Qualification/Eligibility

Minimum sixteen years of education in any of the following disciplines/fields or an equivalent degree from the HEC recognized university.

Human Nutrition & Dietetics

Food Science & Technology / Food Technology
-
Agriculture major Food Science & Technology/Food Technology
-
Home Economics (Major Food and Nutrition)
-
NUMS Entry Test / GAT- General with a minimum 50% of cumulative score
-
NUMS Interview (Assessment of brief research proposal will be carried out during interview)
-
Admission committee will determine deficiency courses where required.
Note: Candidate with MBBS/BDS / Pharm-D / Nursing / Public Health can only apply for Human Nutrition & Dietetics.

How to Apply

Application form for MPhil Programs shall be filled online. Applicants will be required to scan and attach/upload following mandatory documents with Online Application Form.

GAT General Test Result/ GAT General Admit Card, where applicable.

NOC from employer (If Govt/Semi employed), wherever applicable

Applicants will be required to pay application processing fee within due date as mentioned above.

There is no need to send printed Application Form.

Applicants will be required to bring original academics documents at the time of interview.

Final selection of Postgraduate candidates will base on their aggregate performance in candidate’s basic qualification/eligibility criteria, Experience, Test and Interview.
