1. The candidates having valid citizenship of Pakistan /Overseas Pakistanis/Dual Nationals/Foreign Nationals can appear in NUMS MDCAT -2026.
2. FSc/HSSC/A-Levels/ 12^th Grade and candidate result awaiting can apply for NUMS MDCAT -2026.
3. Candidates below 18 years of age are required to have a valid Juvenile card issued by NADRA.
4. Only NUMS MDCAT -2026 being held on 23^rd August 2026 will be valid for admission in MBBS/BDS Session 2026-27 in NUMS Constituent, Affiliated and all Military (Armed Forces) Administered Medical and Dental Colleges.

• Registration Form for NUMS MDCAT -2026 shall be filled online.

Steps for NUMS MDCAT -2026 Registration:

• Click on the Signup for first time registration

1. Enter your full name (as per SSC/O level / 10^th Grade Certificate).
2. Enter your active/functional email address.
3. Select Country code and enter Valid & Correct Mobile Number of applicant or parents only
4. Enter captcha
5. Click on Register/Signup

• After registration, Password will appear on display screen. (Please save your password)
• Online Registration application is divided into 5 Steps:

• Step 1: Test Center Country
  • Click on “Select Test Country” to choose your desired country in which you want to appear in NUMS MDCAT - 2026.
  • After Selecting desired Country click “Select Country”
• Step 2: Pay Fee Via (Kuickpay/Challan)

Payment via Debit/Credit card: If Debit/Credit card option is used for payment please click “Pay Now”, enter valid card number, card expiry & CVV & proceed by clicking on “Pay Now”.

 Note: Platform charges will be separately charged by kuickpay if credit card mode is used for depositing fee.

• Payment via Internet/Mobile/OTC: If internet/Mobile/OTC option is used for payment click “How to Pay” to check payment process for online banking options. For more information, “click here to see the list”.

Note: (Unique Consumer/ Kuickpay ID is used for payment through Internet banking & Bank counter).

• Payment via Invoice (Challan): If Invoice option is used for payment click “Download Invoice” print the invoice (challan) and visit any nearest Askari bank to deposit invoice (challan).

• Step 3: Profile/CNIC Image
  • Click on “Upload Images” to upload the Passport size latest photograph with blue background. (Unprofessional photographs/Selfie not allowed) & save profile Image.
  • Upload Clear front side of CNIC/B Form/Juvenile Card/NICOP/Passport & save Image

 Supported Image Size is less than 2 MB

• After Successful uploading the images click “Back to Home”

• Step 4: Personal Information / Test Centre

• Click on “Update Personal Information” & provide the required fields  
• Choose desired Exam City/Station Selection

Note: The candidates MUST select two unique Cities/Stations in order of preference for appearance in the NUMS MDCAT-2026. However, based upon seating capacity available, the University reserves the right to shift any candidate to another location.

• Click on “Save” to complete Personal Information/Test Centre step.
• Click on “Back to Home” to complete application.

• Step 5: Application Status

• Click the check box & “Submit Application”.

Once you click on “submit application” button, following statement will be displayed on your screen:

“Your Application is submitted”

• Note: Application shall be submitted through online portal only. No hard copies are required.

The Mobile Number and Email provided on the Registration Form should be entered correctly and it should be functional for contact as and when required by the University.

1. The candidates must reach their respective centres at-least three hours before the commencement of the test on Sunday 23 August 2026. The centres will be sealed/closed half an hour before the start of test on the test day.
2. The NUMS MDCAT – 2026 will be conducted simultaneously at all local Exam Centres at 10:00 AM PST.
3. Time for NUMS MDCAT – 2026 at International Centre (KSA) will be indicated on the admit card.
4. Admit Card/ Roll No Slips will be generated in respect of all the eligible candidates. Candidates are required to download it from NUMS website www.numspak.edu.pk by entering his/her CNIC, Passport/NICOP/B Form number.
5. The candidates must bring following items with them on the test day: -
   1. Printed admit cards (downloaded from website) along with Original Matriculation certificate bearing photograph of candidate along with Juvenile Card / Original CNIC or Original Passport/NICOP. No other identity will be acceptable. In case of loss of Juvenile Card or CNIC, please provide Original NADRA Slip as a proof that you have applied for Juvenile Card or CNIC.
   2. A clean clip board.
   3. Two blue/black ball points (pointer, markers, pencils, gel pens not allowed).
6. Mobile phones, smart watches and other electronic gadgets are not allowed in the examination hall otherwise strict disciplinary action shall be taken, which may lead to cancellation of paper and candidate will be debarred from NUMS MDCAT – 2026.
