Selected candidates are advised to deposit their fee by or before Monday, 23 Feb 2026.

Face-to-face sessions will be conducted only at the following stations:

Send your scanned copy of paid challan (NUMS Copy) at [email protected] by Monday, 23 Feb 2026 for confirmation of seat.
After fee submission, please dispatch (one set of Photocopies) of following documents (as per the prescribed checklist), to the NUMS Admission Office, Abid Majeed Road (Adjacent to Army Medical College), Rawalpindi Cantt, within the due date
Please ensure all documents are complete and submitted as per checklist. Any deficiencies in the required documents may result in delays to process your admission further.

For employed applicants, No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective organization is a pre-requisite for admission confirmation.
Please note that for uniformed candidates, permission of Medical Directorate to attend this course is mandatory. NUMS will also share the list with the Medical Dte. The same can be submitted when received.

With late fee charges till 27 Feb 2026

(Rs. 68,000 Rs. 10,000) Rs. 78,000

Important Note:

For Foreign Degree Holder, Equivalence Certificate / Translated Degree is Required (if applicable)
Candidates whose degree and/or No Objection Certificate (NOC), where applicable, have not yet been issued by the concerned institution/organization are advised to submit these documents along with the other required documents.
Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated time may result in your admission will not processed further

Fee Refund Policy:

Course Fee deposited will be refunded in full, if application for refund is received in NUMS Admission Office up to 7^th day of commencement of classes on Moodle. Within 8 to 15 days of classes, 50% fee will be refunded.
No fee will be refunded if application for refund is received in NUMS Admission Office on or after 15th day of commencement of classes on Moodle.

Please note that refund requests will only be processed upon receipt of the duly filled refund form along with all required supporting documents. Requests made verbally or via email without submission of the official form and documents will not be entertained under any circumstances. The date of refund request will be considered based on the date of submission of the complete refund application, not the date of verbal or email communication.

Commencement of Course. Program will start online on Tuesday, 24 March 2026 for all participants. Details regarding the venue of the face-to-face sessions will be shared in advance via email by the concerned department.
