How to Apply:

Application Form shall be filled online.
Online Application is divided into 5 Steps
- Step 1 Profile Information
- Step 2 Program Selection Information
- Step 3 Test Information
- Step 4 Application Processing Fee challan
  - Download Fee Challan
  - Upload Paid Fee Challan
- Step 5 Preview & Submit Application
Candidates are required to scan and attach following mandatory documents with Online Application Form.

Passport Size Photograph
Candidate’s CNIC/B-Form.
Father/Guardian’s CNIC.
SSC/O-Level Equivalence Certificate.
HSSC/ A-Level Equivalence Certificate

After successful completion of Step 1, click the “Save Personal Record” & “Next Step” button.
Upon successful completion of Step 2 Program Selection Information, click the “Next Step” button.
At Step 3: Select desired test and click ‘Save Test Details” button.
At Step 4: Candidate will be able to print/ download Application Processing Fee Challan.
Candidates are required to visit nearest branch of Habib bank Ltd (countrywide) to deposit application processing fee. (Single Application Processing Fee will be charged irrespective of the number of programs selected by the applicants)
After depositing fee, scan the bank stamped “Paid Fee Challan NUMS Copy” and upload at step 3, then click the “Save & Next” button
At Step 5: Preview & Submit Application, click check box and press” Final Submission” button

Note: Applications shall be submitted through online portal only. Hard copies are not acceptable.
