1. 16 Years of Education in relevant discipline with:

• MBBS/ BDS or equivalent
• BS Nursing
• BS AHS

2. Valid registration with regulatory body, wherever applicable

• Application for CHPE admissions shall be filled online. Candidates are required to scan and upload following with Online Application Form: 

1. Applicants Photograph
2. Applicants’ CNIC
3. Terminal Degree and Transcript as per eligibility
4. Valid registration with regulatory body, wherever applicable
5. NOC from employer (If Govt/Semi employed), wherever applicable

• Upon successful completion of application, the candidate will be able to print Application Processing Fee Challan.
• Candidates are required to visit nearest branch of Habib Bank Ltd (countrywide) to deposit fee.
• After Fee submission, upload the NUMS Copy of paid of Fee challan on Online Admission Portal then click the “Final Submit” button.

• Employees of Government / Semi Government organizations must apply through their departments. NOC from the respective departments is a pre-requisite for the final selection.
• Application Processing Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable
• Applications shall be submitted through online admission portal only. Hard copies are not acceptable   
• No registration requests will be accepted in any case after the closing date i.e 13 Feb 2026
