Note:You are advised to deposit the prescribed fee on or before the due date mentioned on the fee challan

  1. In order to secure your seat, email your scanned paid challan (NUMS Copy)/Fee Payment Proof  by the due date and time to [email protected]  by mentioning your Full Name, Challan deposit slip No. and Program in the subject.
  2. In case of failure to deposit fee by due date and time, the selection will stand cancelled without intimation and next reserved candidate will be offered admission as per merit position.
  3. Reserved Candidates will be offered admission via official email, in case the selected candidates do not deposit the fee within due date.
  4. Candidates selected for more than one program on merit are required to pay fee only for one program of their choice and ignore offers of other program.

  • In case of Govt employee, NOC from respective organization is a pre-requisite for confirmation of admission.
Important Instructions Regarding Document Submission & Joining Letter:
  1. Submission of documents through courier service is not acceptable.
  2. After fee submission, candidates are required to report in person to the NUMS Admission Office, Abid Majeed Road (Adjacent to Army Medical College), Rawalpindi       Cantt, along with one complete set of photocopies of all required documents (as per the prescribed checklist), within the due date. The joining letter will be issued only upon physical verification of the complete documents.
  3. Please note that without the joining letter, a candidate will not be allowed to attend or sit in classes under any circumstances.
  4. However, only candidates residing outside Rawalpindi/Islamabad will be facilitated to submit their documents on the day of commencement of classes. Such candidates must first visit the NUMS Admission Office on that day for document submission and collection of the joining letter, and thereafter report to the concerned institute on the same day.
  5. Please ensure all documents are complete and submitted as per checklist. Any deficiency or missing document may result in your name not being included in the admitted list.
  6. Documents Checklist: (Arrange all documents in the sequence given below at the time of submission to ensure smooth verification.
  • 4 Passport-size colored photographs, white or blue background.
  • Candidate’s CNIC
  • Father’s/ Guardian CNIC
  • Original NUMS Copy of Paid Fee Challan/ Fee Payment Proof
  • NUMS Admission Offer letter
  • Undertaking
  • Updated CV/ Resume
  • SSC / O- Level Certificate issued by concerned board
  • HSSC/ A-Level (Equivalence) Certificate issued by concerned board
  • Domicile
  • Bachelor’s Transcript and Degree complete results (including the 8th semester)
  • Master’s Transcript and Degree
  • Higher Degree and Transcript, wherever applicable
  • NOC from employer (If Govt/Semi Govt employed).
  • Valid registration with regulatory body, wherever applicable
  • Valid GAT General Result, where applicable
  • One-year house job, for Dip Card Only
  • One-year experience in the relevant field preferably in cardiology, for Dip Card Candidate only.
  • Final transcript and Degree Four years BS Nursing (Generic) For MSN Only
  • Final transcript and Degree Post RN, if applicable for MSN Only
  • One-year Experience Certificate after 2 years B.S Nursing (Generic) / Post RN for MSN Only
  • Valid Registration Certificate with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC). For MSN Only
  • MBBS/Equivalent Degree & Transcript where applicable for Clinical Certification Only
  • FCPS/FRCR Radiology Transcript & Degree for Clinical Certification Only
  • Post FCPS work Experience for Clinical Certification Only
  • 4-years Training in Radiology Transcript & Degree for Clinical Certification Only
  • MCPS/FCPS/FRCR (Diagnostic Radiology) Degree for Clinical Certification Only
Important Note:
  1. For Foreign Degree Holder, Equivalence Certificate / Translated Degree is Required (if applicable)
  2. Candidates whose degree and/or No Objection Certificate (NOC), where applicable, have not yet been issued by the concerned institution/organization are advised to submit these documents along with the other required documents.
  3. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated time may result in non-issuance of the joining letter, and the candidate will not be considered admitted.
Fee Refund Policy:
  1. Admission & Registration Fee are Non- Refundable in any case.
  2. Security deposit is refundable subject to production of clearance certificate from the concerned Institute.
  3. Tuition fee deposited with the admission dues will be refunded in full, if application for refund is received in NUMS Office up to 7th day of commencement of classes.
  4. Tuition fee deposited with the admission dues will be refunded in half, if application for refund is received in NUMS Office up to 15th day of commencement of classes.
  5. No tuition fee will be refunded if application for refund is received in NUMS Office on or after 15th day of commencement of classes.
  6. The above calculation shall be worked out from the date student actually cease to attend the classes.
  7. If the admission is granted after the commencement of classes, date of actual admission is considered instead of date of commencement of classes.
  8. Irrespective of whether a student attend classes or not above schedule of refund shall apply.

Please note that refund requests will only be processed upon receipt of the duly filled refund form along with all required supporting documents. Requests made verbally or via email without submission of the official form and documents will not be entertained under any circumstances. The date of refund request will be considered based on the date of submission of the complete refund application, not the date of verbal or email communication.
