  1. Send your scanned copy of paid challan (NUMS Copy) at [email protected] by Wednesday, 04 February 2026 for confirmation of seat.
  2. After fee submission, candidates are required to report in person to the NUMS Admission Office, Abid Majeed Road (Adjacent to Army Medical College), Rawalpindi Cantt, along with one complete set of photocopies of all required documents (as per the prescribed checklist), within the due date.
  3. Submission of documents through courier service is not acceptable.
  4. Documents Checklist: (Arrange all documents in the sequence given below at the time of submission to ensure smooth verification.

Please ensure all documents are complete and submitted as per checklist. Any deficiency or missing document may result in your name not being included in the admitted list.

  1. 4 Passport-size colored photographs, white or blue background.
  2. Candidate’s CNIC
  3. Original NUMS Copy of Paid Fee Challan/Payment Proof
  4. NUMS Admission Offer letter
  5. Undertaking (Template available on NUMS website)
  6. Highest Degree (If any)
  7. Degree &Transcript (Sixteen years of education)
  8. HSSC/ A-Level (Equivalence) Certificate issued by the concerned board
  9. SSC / O- Level Certificate issued by the concerned board
  10. NOC from employer (If Govt/Semi employed).
  11. Valid registration with regulatory body, wherever applicable
  1. NOC from the respective organization of the employee is a pre-requisite for confirmation of admission. (if applicable).
  2. Please note that for uniformed candidates, permission of Medical Directorate to attend this course is mandatory.
Important Note
  • For Foreign Degree Holder, Equivalence Certificate / Translated Degree is Required (if applicable)
  • Candidates whose degree and/or No Objection Certificate (NOC), where applicable, have not yet been issued by the concerned institution/organization are advised to submit these documents along with the other required documents.
  • Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated time may result in your admission will not processed further.

Fee Refund Policy
  1. Course Fee deposited will be refunded in full, if application for refund is received in NUMS Admission Office up to 7th day of commencement of classes on Moodle. Within 8 to 15 days of classes, 50% fee will be refunded.
  2. No fee will be refunded if application for refund is received in NUMS Admission Office on or after 15th day of commencement of classes on Moodle.

Please note that refund requests will only be processed upon receipt of the duly filled refund form along with all required supporting documents. Requests made verbally or via email without submission of the official form and documents will not be entertained under any circumstances. The date of refund request will be considered based on the date of submission of the complete refund application, not the date of verbal or email communication.

Commencement of Course. Program will start on online on Monday, 09 February 2026 for all participants. Details regarding the face-to-face sessions at your designated venue will be shared with you well in advance.
