  1. Send your scanned copy of paid challan (NUMS Copy)/Payment Proof at [email protected] within due date for confirmation of seat.
  2. After fee submission, please dispatch (one set of Photocopies) following documents at Admissions Office, National University Of Medical Sciences (NUMS), Abid Majeed Road, (Adjacent to Army Medical College) Rawalpindi Cantt - 46000, Pakistan within due date.

By- hand submission of documents is not acceptable. Instead, it is requested to send your documents via courier service.

Note: Kindly send your documents as per checklist, any deficiencies in documents can result in your admission not being processed further.

  1. 4 Passport-size colored photographs, white or blue background.
  2. Candidate’s CNIC
  3. Last Degree &Transcript as per eligibility
  4. Original Paid Fee Challan (NUMS Copy)/ Payment Proof
  5. NUMS Admission Offer letter
  6. Equivalence certificate/translated degree (For foreign degree holder), if applicable

Important Note:
  1. A Candidate whose degree has not yet been issued by the concerned institution is advised to submit his/her degree within 15 working days of the commencement of the course on the email below [email protected]
  2. In the event of failure to submit, the university / department reserves the right to withhold the course completion certificate till the required document has been received.
Fee Refund Policy:

The Fee Refund Application Form is available on the NUMS website. Please note that refund requests will only be processed upon receipt of the duly filled refund form along with all required supporting documents. Requests made verbally or via email without submission of the official form and documents will not be entertained under any circumstances. The date of refund request will be considered based on the date of submission of the complete refund application, not the date of verbal or email communication.

 

  1. Course Fee deposited will be refunded in full, if application for refund is received in NUMS Admission Office up to 7th day of commencement of classes on Moodle. Within 8 to 15 days of classes, 50% fee will be refunded.
  2. No fee will be refunded if application for refund is received in NUMS Admission Office on or after 15th day of commencement of classes on Moodle.
  3. The above calculation shall be worked out from the date student actually ceases to attend the classes.
  4. If the admission is granted after the commencement of classes, date of actual admission is considered instead of date of commencement of classes.
  5. Irrespective of whether a student attends classes or not, above schedule of refund shall apply.
