1. The candidates having valid citizenship of Pakistan /Overseas Pakistanis/Dual Nationals/Foreign Nationals can appear in NUMS MDCAT- 2025.
2. FSc/HSSC/A-Levels/ 12^th Grade and candidate with result awaiting can apply for NUMS MDCAT-2025
3. Only NUMS MDCAT -2025 being held on 14 September 2025 will be valid for admission in MBBS/BDS Session 2025-26.

• Registration Form for NUMS MDCAT - 2025 shall be filled online.

Steps for NUMS MDCAT - 2025 Registration:

• Click on the Signup for first time registration

1. Enter your full name (as per SSC/O level/ 10^th Grade Certificate).
2. Enter your active/functional email address (Please double check the email address and save properly)
3. Select Country code and enter Valid & Correct Mobile Number of applicant or parents only
4. Enter captcha
5. Click on Register/Signup

• After registration, Login & Password will be displayed on screen (Record and Save the login & password information appropriately)
• Online registration application is divided into 5 Steps:
  • Step 1: Test Center Country
    • Click on “Select Test Country” to select your desired country in which you want to appear in NUMS MDCAT-2025
  • Step 2: Pay Fee Via Fee Challan / Digital Banking Services
    • Once you click on “Pay Fee”, new window for payment will be open
    • Payment can be made via bank challan or other digital banking services
    • After the payment of fee, switch to the NUMS MDCAT Home page & refresh the page to get updated status from bank and proceed further.

• Step 3: Profile/CNIC Image
  • Click on “Upload Images” to upload the Passport size latest photograph with (blue/black) background. (Unprofessional photographs/Selfie not allowed) & save profile Image.
  • Upload Clear front side of CNIC/B Form/NICOP/Passport & save Image

 Supported Image Size is less than 2 MB

• After Successful uploading the images click “Back to Home”
• Step 4: Personal Information / Test Centre
  • Click on “Update Personal Information” & provide the required fields  
  • Enter your academic information of SSC and HSSC
  • Choose desired Exam City/Station Selection

Note: The candidates MUST select two unique Cites/Stations in order of preference for appearance in the NUMS MDCAT-2025. However, based upon seating capacity available, the University reserves the right to shift any candidate to another location.

• Click on “Save” to complete Personal Information/Test Centre step.
• Click on “Back to Home” to complete application.
• Step 5: Application Status
  • Click the check box & “Submit Application”.

Once you click on “submit application” button. Following statement will be displayed on your screen:

“Your Application is submitted”

• Note: Application shall be submitted through online portal only. No hard copies are required.
• The Mobile Number and Email provided on the Registration Form should be entered correctly and it should be functional for contact as and when required by the University.

Note: The candidates are advised to have a broad based study and not restrict themselves to limited syllabi only. Additional details and guidelines regarding filling of Answer Sheets for the applicants to appear in NUMS MDCAT -2025 will be available on NUMS Website after closing of Registration.

a.    The candidates must reach their respective centres at-least three hours before the commencement of the test on Sunday 14 September 2025.

b.   The NUMS MDCAT-2025 will be conducted simultaneously at all local Exam Centres at 10:00 AM PST.

c.    Time for NUMS MDCAT-2025 at International Centre will be indicated on the admit card.

d.    Admit Card/ Roll No Slips will be generated in respect of all the eligible candidates. Candidates are required to download it from NUMS website www.numspak.edu.pk by entering his/her CNIC, Passport/NICOP/B Form number.

e.    The candidates must bring following items with them on the test day: -

(1) Printed admit cards (downloaded from website) along with Original "B" Form (with original Matriculation certificate bearing photograph of candidate) or Original CNIC or Original Passport/NICOP. No other identity will be acceptable. In case of loss of "B" Form or CNIC, please provide Original NADRA Slip as a proof that you have applied for the fresh "B" Form or CNIC.

(2) A clean clip board.

(3) Two blue/black ball points (NOT pointer, markers, pencils, gel pens, etc).

f.     Mobile phones, smart watches and other electronic gadgets are not allowed in the examination hall otherwise strict disciplinary action shall be taken, which may lead to cancellation of paper and candidate will be debarred from NUMS MDCAT-2025.
