Mock/ Practice Session for Online NUMS Entry Test will be held as per following Schedule:

Note: It is emphasized that Mock/ Practice Session is mandatory for all the applicants. Zoom link for Mock/Practice Session and Online NUMS Entry Test will be shared by DT Dte with applicants through email by Thursday, 20 Nov 2025.

A high speed and stable internet connection along with high specs Computer or Laptop, Camera & Mic will be required for the smooth conduct of the online  test. Arranging required IT equipment/ environment will be the responsibility of the candidate

1. Please download and use latest version of Google Chrome browser to access the online test portal on your laptop or computer. Use of mobile phones for Online Test are not supported.
2. In the email you have been provided the following:
   • Zoom link (which will be used for video/audio communication with exam control room).
   • Exam portal link which will be used for conduct of online exam and Email /Password to login to online exam portal. Detailed instruction related to exam will be available      on exam portal which can be accessed half an hour before the test starts on Exam Day.
3. Attendance will start half an hour before the test starts.
4. NUMS team will randomly access PC of applicants during online test to monitor use of any unfair practices (like opening any additional tabs or browser or use of any remote connecting software/devices or attempt to login from multiple PCs/Location etc.). In case any of unfair practice detected automatically by Exam System or IT team then the applicant will be disqualified from the Exam and further processes.

The program-specific eligibility criteria shall remain unchanged. Candidates who wish to apply under overseas Pakistani category will be required to submit additional supporting documents at [email protected].pk within due date as mentioned in the admission schedule.

The email subject must include Overseas Pakistani Category – [Candidate Name] – [Program Name] – [Application ID No.]

Admission under this category shall be restricted to Children of Overseas Pakistanis, defined as:

a.  A Pakistani citizen residing/working abroad on a valid residence or work visa; or

b.  A dual national holding NICOP/POC or Pakistani passport along with a foreign passport; or A Government/Armed Forces employee deputed abroad.

Important Note:

a. It is not mandatory for the applicant to have studied abroad or to hold foreign residency.

b. Eligibility will be determined solely on the parent’s overseas status with valid documentary proof.

c. This criterion is independent of the candidate’s place of study or their own overseas status.

a. Parent’s NICOP/POC.

b. Parent’s passport with valid visa

c. Parent’s residence permit.

d. Parent’s proof of overseas employment.

Candidates failing to submit the required documents within the due date will not be considered under this category. Incomplete or deficient documents will not be processed further.

How to Apply:

• Application form for PG programs shall be filled online, candidates of MPhil (Basic Sciences at AM College/ AFPGMI may select TWO SUBJECTS in order of priority. However, they will be shortlisted for the interview based on their first priority selection). Applicants will be required to scan and attach following mandatory documents with Online Application Form.

7. GAT General Test Result/ GAT General Admit Card, for MPhil Candidates and where applicable.

10. Academic Statement of Purpose (ASOP) for PhD candidates.
11. Two years’ experience in Anaesthesia at a recognized institute/ hospital for MSc Cardiac Anesthesia Only
12. Final transcript and Degree BS Nursing (Generic) For MSN Only
13. Final transcript and Degree Post RN, if applicable for MSN Only
14. One-year Experience Certificate after B.S Nursing (Generic) / Post RN for MSN Only
15. Valid Registration Certificate with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC). For MSN Only
16. A research proposal-brief, structured document that outlines the research topic you are interested in pursuing during your studies, For MPhil Psychology and MS Clinical Psychology only.
17. NOC from employer (If Govt/Semi employed), wherever applicable
18. MBBS/Equivalent Degree & Transcript where applicable for Clinical Certification Only
19. FCPS/FRCR Radiology Transcript & Degree for Clinical Certification Only
20. Post FCPS work Experience for Clinical Certification Only
21. 4-years Training in Radiology Transcript & Degree for Clinical Certification Only
22. MCPS/FCPS/FRCR (Diagnostic Radiology) Degree for Clinical Certification Only

• Upon successful completion of application, the applicant will be able to print Application Processing Fee Challan
• Separate application processing fee will be charged for each program.
• Applicants will be required to visit nearest branch of Habib bank Ltd (countrywide)
• After Fee submission, upload the NUMS Copy of paid of Fee challan on Online Admission Portal then click the “Final Submit” button.

• Valid GAT (General) Result with a minimum 50% of cumulative score (GAT is valid for a period of two years) is mandatory for Admission in MPhil Basic Sciences at AM College/ AFPGMI.

• Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
• Employees of Government / Semi Government organizations must apply through their departments. NOC from the respective departments is a pre-requisite for their final selection.
• Application Processing Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in any case.

• In compliance with the Government’s policy, 5% seats are reserved for children of Overseas Pakistanis.
• All foreign qualifications must be supported by an Equivalence Certificate issued by IBCC/HEC and concerned regulatory body.
• Decision of the Admission Committee shall be final.  

•  Applications shall be submitted through online admission portal only. Hard copies are not acceptable
