• Application form for PG programs shall be filled online separately for each program, candidates of MPhil can select TWO subjects as per their priority. Login at www.numspak.edu.pk and fill the Application Form. Applicants will be required to scan and attach following mandatory documents with Online Application Form.

• Applicants Photograph
• Applicants’ CNIC
• Fathers/ Guardian CNIC
• SSC / O- Level Certificate issued by the concerned board
• HSSC/ A-Level (Equivalence) Certificate issued by the concerned board
• Bachelors transcript and Degree as per Program Eligibility Criteria, where applicable
• Masters transcript and Degree as per Program Eligibility Criteria, where applicable
• Higher transcript and Degree as per Program Eligibility Criteria, where applicable
• Registration Certificate from relevant regulatory body, where applicable
• GAT General Test Result/ GAT General Admit Card, for MPhil Candidates and where applicable.
• Experience certificates, for Dip Card Only
• One-year house job Certificate, for Dip Card and MSc Cardiac Anesthesia Only
• Academic Statement of Purpose (ASOP) for PhD candidates.
• Two years’ experience in Anaesthesia at a recognized institute/ hospital for MSc Cardiac Anesthesia Only
• Final transcript and Degree BS Nursing (Generic) For MSN Only
• Final transcript and Degree Post RN, if applicable for MSN Only
• One-year Experience Certificate after B.S Nursing (Generic) / Post RN for MSN Only
• Valid Registration Certificate with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC). For MSN Only
• A brief synopsis will be submitted while applying for admission, on which assessment will be carried out in interview session, For MPhil Psychology and MS Clinical Psychology only.
• NOC from employer (If Govt/Semi employed), wherever applicable

• Upon successful completion of application, the applicant will be able to print Application Processing Fee Challan
• Applicants will be required to visit nearest branch of Habib bank Ltd (countrywide) to deposit Application Processing Fee @ Rs 5000/- (Non- Refundable/Non- Transferable) for each program separately latest by Tuesday, 31 October 2023, 1600 hours.
• After Fee submission, upload the NUMS Copy of paid of Fee challan on Online Admission Portal then click the “Final Submit” button.

• Valid GAT (General) Result with a minimum 50% of cumulative score (GAT is valid for a period of two years) is mandatory for Admission in MPhil Basic Sciences at AM College/ AFPGMI. Those applicants who have not yet applied for GAT (General), can register themselves and upload their Admit Card.
• Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
• Employees of Government / Semi Government organizations must apply through their departments. NOC from the respective departments is a pre-requisite for their final selection.
• Application Processing Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable

• Foreign students can enroll in any program after getting NOC from HEC.
• All foreign qualifications must be supported by an Equivalence Certificate issued by IBCC/HEC and PM&DC.
• Decision of the Admission Committee shall be final.
