• Application form for PG programs shall be filled online separately for each program. Applicants will be required to scan and attach/upload following mandatory documents with Online Application Form.

1. Applicants’ Photograph
2. Applicants’ CNIC
3. Final Transcript and degree as per Program/Eligibility Criteria
4. Higher Transcript and Degree, where applicable
5. Registration Certificate from relevant regulatory body, where applicable
6. One-year full time work experience in the public/ private healthcare setting community relevant field other than House Job, for MSPH only.
7. NOC from employer (If Govt/Semi employed), wherever applicable
8. After successful attachment of scanned copies, then click the “Submit” button.

• Upon successful submission of application, the applicant will be able to print Application Processing Fee Challan
• Applicants will be required to visit nearest branch of Habib bank Ltd (countrywide) to deposit application processing fee @ Rs 5000/- (Non-Refundable) for each program latest by Monday, 03 July 2023

• After depositing the fee, scan the bank stamped “Paid Fee Challan” and attach online with application form, then click the “Final Submit”.
• There is no need to send printed Application Form.
• Applicants will be required to bring original academics documents at the time of interview. 
• Final selection of Postgraduate candidates will base on their aggregate performance in candidate’s basic qualification/eligibility criteria, Experience, Test and Interview.
