In case of Govt employee, NOC from respective organization is a pre-requisite for confirmation of admission.

After Fee submission, please report to the NUMS Admission Office along with (one set of Photocopies as per checklist) following documents within due date for issuance/collection of joining letter.

Note: Please ensure all documents are complete and submitted as per checklist. Any deficiencies in the required documents may result in delays to process your admission further.

1. 4 Passport-size colored photographs, white or blue background.
2. Candidate’s CNIC
3. Original NUMS Copy of Paid Fee Challan/ Fee Payment Proof
4. NUMS Admission Offer letter
5. Updated CV/ Resume
6. Father’s/ Guardian CNIC
7. SSC / O- Level Certificate issued by concerned board
8. HSSC/ A-Level (Equivalence) Certificate issued by concerned board
9. Domicile
10. Bachelor’s Transcript and Degree
11. Master’s Transcript and Degree
12. Higher Degree and Transcript, wherever applicable
13. NOC from employer (If Govt/Semi Govt employed).
14. Valid registration with regulatory body, wherever applicable
15. Valid GAT General Result, where applicable
16. One-year house job, for Dip Card and MSc Cardiac Anesthesia Only
17. One-year experience in the relevant field preferably in cardiology, for Dip Card Candidate only.
18. Two years’ experience in Anaesthesia at a recognized institute/ hospital, for MSc Cardiac Anesthesia Candidate only.
19. Four years of BSN (Generic) Transcript & Degree, for MSN Candidate only
20. 2 years Post RN BSN Transcript & Degree, for MSN Candidate only
21. Experience Certificate Minimum one year after B.S Nursing (Generic) / Post RN, for MSN Candidate only.
22. Valid Registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC), for MSN Candidate only.

1. Admission & Registration Fee are Non- Refundable in any case.
2. Security deposit is refundable subject to production of clearance certificate from the concerned Institute.
3. Tuition fee deposited with the admission dues will be refunded in full, if application for refund is received in NUMS Office up to 7th day of commencement of classes.
4. Tuition fee deposited with the admission dues will be refunded in half, if application for refund is received in NUMS Office up to 15th day of commencement of classes.
5. No tuition fee will be refunded if application for refund is received in NUMS Office on or after 15th day of commencement of classes.
6. The above calculation shall be worked out from the date student actually cease to attend the classes.
7. If the admission is granted after the commencement of classes, date of actual admission is considered instead of date of commencement of classes.
8. Irrespective of whether a student attend classes or not above schedule of refund shall apply.
