Applicants must hold one of the following qualifications:

d. BS Human Nutrition & Dietetics / BS Food Science & Technology

f. DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy)

3. Last Degree and Transcript (Sixteen years of education)
4. NOC from employer (If Govt/Semi employed), wherever applicable
