• Application for CHPE admissions shall be filled online. Candidates are required to scan and upload following with Online Application Form: 

1. Applicants Photograph
2. Applicants’ CNIC
3. Fathers/ Guardian CNIC
4. SSC / O- Level Certificate issued by the concerned board
5. HSSC/ A-Level (Equivalence) Certificate issued by the concerned board
6. Basic Degree and Transcript (Sixteen years of education)
7. Highest Degree and Transcript (If any)
8. Valid registration with regulatory body, wherever applicable
9. NOC from employer (If Govt/Semi employed), wherever applicable

• Upon successful completion of application, the candidate will be able to print Application Processing Fee Challan.
• Candidates are required to visit nearest branch of Habib Bank Ltd (countrywide) to deposit Application Processing Fee @ Rs 5000/- (Non- Refundable/Non- Transferable) latest by Friday, 29  December 2023 (4:00 PM).
• After Fee submission, upload the NUMS Copy of paid of Fee challan on Online Admission Portal then click the “Final Submit” button.

• Application Processing Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable
