  1. Send your scanned paid challan (NUMS Copy) at [email protected] within due date and time to secure the seat.
  2. In case of failure to deposit fee by due date and time, the selection will stand cancelled without intimation.

In case of Govt employee, NOC from respective organization is a pre-requisite for confirmation of admission.

Note: After Fee submission, please report to the NUMS Admission Office along with (one set of Photocopies) following documents within due date for issuance/collection of joining letter.

  1. 4 Passport-size colored photographs, white or blue background.
  2. Candidate’s CNIC
  3. Father’s/ Guardian CNIC
  4. SSC / O- Level Certificate issued by concerned board
  5. HSSC/ A-Level (Equivalence) Certificate issued by concerned board
  6. Domicile
  7. Bachelor’s Degree
  8. Bachelors Transcript
  9. Higher Degree and Transcript, wherever applicable
  10. NOC from employer (If Govt/Semi Govt employed).
  11. NUMS Admission Offer letter
  12. Original NUMS Copy of Paid Fee Challan
  13. Valid GAT General Result, where applicable
Fee Refund Policy:

  1. Admission & Registration Fee are Non- Refundable in any case.
  2. Security deposit is refundable subject to production of clearance certificate from the concerned Institute.
  3. Tuition fee deposited with the admission dues will be refunded in full, if application for refund is received in NUMS Office up to 7th day of commencement of classes.
  4. Tuition fee deposited with the admission dues will be refunded in half, if application for refund is received in NUMS Office up to 15th day of commencement of classes.
  5. No tuition fee will be refunded if application for refund is received in NUMS Office on or after 15th day of commencement of classes.
  6. The above calculation shall be worked out from the date student actually cease to attend the classes.
  7. If the admission is granted after the commencement of classes, date of actual admission is considered instead of date of commencement of classes.
  8. Irrespective of whether a student attend classes or not above schedule of refund shall apply.
