Selected candidates who have been offered admission (as per Merit) via official email are advised to deposit their fee by or before Tuesday, 27 February 2024 by 10:00 Hours

Limited seats are available. Seats will be filled on First Come First Serve Basis.

  1. In order to secure your seat, send Paid Fee Challan (NUMS Copy) at [email protected].
  2. If you fail to send the paid fee challan by the specified date and time, your selection will be canceled and candidate next in reserve will be offered Admission.
Important Notice:

Note: The Candidates selected for more than one program are required to pay a fee for one program of their choice and   ignore offers of other programs. There will be no upgradation and transfer of fee from one program to another.

  After fee submission, please dispatch following documents to Admissions Office, NUMS Secretariat, C/O PEMH, The Mall,   Rawalpindi, Pakistan within due date.

By- hand submission of documents is not acceptable. Instead, it is requested to send your documents via courier service.

Note: Kindly send your documents as per checklist, any deficiencies in documents can result in your admission not being    processed further.

  1. Four Passport-size colored photographs, white or blue background.
  2. Candidate’s CNIC/ B Form
  3. Fathers/ Guardian CNIC
  4. SSC / O- Level Certificate issued by the concerned board
  5. HSSC/ A-Level (Equivalence) Certificate issued by the concerned board
  6. Domicile Certificate
  7. Original Paid Fee Challan (NUMS Copy)
  8. NUMS Admission Offer letter
  9. Result of MDCAT (NUMS) 2023 (Held on 03 Sep 2023), if applicable
  10. Result of PM&DC MDCAT 2023, if applicable

Fee Refund Policy:

  • Admission & Registration Fee are Non- Refundable in any case.
  • Security deposit is refundable subject to production of clearance certificate from the concerned Institute.
  • Tuition fee deposited with the admission dues will be refunded in full, if application for refund is received in NUMS Office up to 7th day of commencement of classes.
  • Tuition fee deposited with the admission dues will be refunded in half, if application for refund is received in NUMS Office up to 15th day of commencement of classes.
  • No tuition fee will be refunded if application for refund is received in NUMS Office on or after 15th day of commencement of classes.
  • The above calculation shall be worked out from the date student actually cease to attend the classes.
  • If the admission is granted after the commencement of classes, date of actual admission is considered instead of date of commencement of classes.
  • Irrespective of whether a student attend classes or not above schedule of refund shall apply.
