MPhil Oral Pathology

Introduction:

Oral pathology program in NUMS encompasses both core knowledge and practical laboratory practice. Qualified faculty contribute significantly to the teaching and research by using high tech equipment available in the laboratories and help students to undertake basic biomedical research in the areas of, Histology techniques & General Pathology, Oral cavity Disorders, Haemopoietic, Lymphoreticular system and Miscellaneous disorders, Infections and Vesicullobullous Disorders and many other discipline related to Oral pathology

Eligibility Criteria:
  • MBBS/BDS or equivalent duly recognized by the concerned regulatory authority.
  • Valid registration with PMC (where applicable).
  • GAT (General) with a minimum 50% of cumulative score.
  • GAT will be valid for a period of two years.
  • NUMS interview.

MBBS

MBBS can apply in Basic Medical Sciences (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Community Medicine, Chemical Pathology, Microbiology, Hematology, Molecular Medicine).

BDS

BDS can apply in Basic Medical Sciences (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Community Medicine, Science of Dental Materials, Oral Pathology and Molecular Medicine only).

Non MBBS/ Non-BDS

Non-MBBS/ Non-BDS with sixteen years of education can apply for Molecular Medicine only.
