Centralized Admission MBBS/BDS Session 2021-22 Special Provision for Students with delayed F.Sc or A Level Results

PMC Official Announcement Admission Process Public and Private Medical and Dental Colleges for the session 2022. Special Provision for Students with Delayed F.Sc or A Level results refers:

  1. Any student who has applied for admissions but their F.Sc. or A Level result is delayed due to late exams shall be considered for admission subject to such result being available prior to 10th February 2022.
  2. College shall retain a list of all such students and an equal number of seats from the bottom of the allocated seats shall be held on a provisional basis.
  3. Students who have applied with their results available shall be admitted on a Provisional basis only on such seats till 10th February 2022.
  4. If a student with a delayed result submits their result before 10th February 2022 and on calculation is higher in merit than the last student on the admitted list, they shall be given admission and the provisional admission to the earlier student shall be cancelled. A student who has paid the fee against a provisional admission shall have their fee refunded in full.
  5. If no candidate with delayed results submits before 10th February 2022, the provisional admissions shall be finalized.

Applicant whose F.Sc. or A Level result is delayed due to late exams, can apply for admission subject to such result being available prior to 10th February 2022.

Note: F. Sc /A-level Document upload will be optional for result awaited applicant

Steps to upload details after declaration of F. Sc /A-level  Result by the respective board:

  • Login with the same CNIC/B. Form/NICOP/Passport No. and password as registered with NUMS Entry test 2021 and applied for Online Admission.
  • Upload F. Sc /A-level result (in document upload section and click save) after declaration by the respective board subject to such result being available prior to 10th February 2022.
  • Enter F. Sc /A-level cumulative marks and marks obtained in science electives of Biology, Chemistry and Physics/Mathematics in Academic Record Section and click save.
  • The candidates having foreign qualification equivalent to Pakistani HSSC (e.g., A-Level, IB, American 12th Grade, etc.) shall have to upload, along with their Equivalence Certificate, a Letter of Equivalence of Grades in Science Subjects (i.e., Biology, Chemistry and Physics/Mathematics), issued separately by IBCC.
