  • Step 4 Application Status
•  Candidates are required to scan and attach following mandatory documents with Online Application Form.

1. Passport Size Photograph
2. Candidate’s CNIC/B-Form.
3. Father/Guardian’s CNIC.
4. MDCAT for NUMS held on 16 October 2022, where applicable
5. PMC-MDCAT held on 13 November 2022, where applicable
6. SSC/O-Level Equivalence Certificate.
7. HSSC/ A-Level Equivalence Certificate

• After successful completion of Step 1 Personal, Academic and Test Information, then click the “Save & Next” button.
• Upon successful completion of Step 2 Program Selection Information, click the “Save & Next” button.
• At Step 3 the candidate will be able to print Application Processing Fee Challan.
• Candidates are required to visit nearest branch of Habib bank Ltd (countrywide) to deposit application processing fee @ Rs 3500/- (Non-Refundable) latest by Friday 30 December 2022 4:00 PM PST. (Application Processing Fee Rs 3500/-  will be charged irrespective of the number of programs selected by the applicants)
• After depositing fee, scan the bank stamped “Paid Fee Challan” and attach online with Application Form at step 3, then click the “Final Submit”.
• Hostel facility available (only for Females) on first come first serve basis.

Note: Applications shall be submitted through online portal only. Hard copies are not acceptable.
