The assessment methods will include continuous evaluation throughout the course, an end-of-course assessment, and a final certificate exam. Overall, the assessment process will ensure that students have not only gained theoretical knowledge but also acquired practical skills essential for providing high-quality care.

To qualify for our certificate program, applicants should meet the following criteria:

1. Age Limit: Between 18 to 40 years
2. Pre-Qualification: A minimum of FSc/A Levels (Pre Medical), with 50% or higher marks. For candidates with foreign academic qualifications, an equivalence certificate from IBCC.

4. Medical Fitness Certificate: Prior to the interview, candidates must provide a Medical Fitness Certificate, underscoring their readiness to undertake the responsibilities of a care assistant with diligence and care.

1. Application for admissions shall be filled online. Candidates are required to scan and upload following with Online Application Form:
   1. Applicants Photograph
   2. Applicants’ CNIC
   3. SSC Certificate / O Level Transcript and Equivalence
   4. HSSC Certificate / A Level Transcript and Equivalence
2. Upon successful completion of application, the candidate will be able to print Application Processing Fee Challan.
3. Candidates are required to visit nearest branch of Habib Bank Ltd (countrywide) to deposit Application Processing Fee by due date as mentioned above.
4. After Fee submission, upload the NUMS Copy of paid of Fee challan on Online Admission Portal then click the “Final Submission” button.

The timing and instructions for the applicants to appear in NUMS Admission Test for Certificate in Healthcare Assistant will be shared with the applicants via official email after closing of admission.
