Aims & Goals of NCL

NUMS Center for Lifelong Learning aims to:

  1. Consistently enhance the Return On Investment (ROI) by investing in NUMS Human Capital.
  2. Optimum Resource Utilization by building capacity on subjects like time management, business communication, basic project management, and technical writing etc.
  3. Increase employees’ satisfaction and empowerment by lessening the need for supervision and boosting productivity.
  4. Provide relevant field training to help employees find a leader within, while guiding them on how to be a manager at the same time.
  5. Branding of NUMS.

 

Following goals will be performed by NCL:

  1. Continuous Professional Development of NUMS staff on most relevant management practices.
  2. Capacity building on modern tools and techniques used for management globally.
  3. Revamp work attitude through customized personal development programs.
  4. Improve productivity by refreshing the existing knowledge and skills.
  5. Prepare new ready-to-fit-in intakes by customized management skills as per university requirements.
  6. Commercialize the trainings to generate financial resources.
