Merit list for Certificate in Health Professions Education (CHPE) Seventh Batch- Session 2023

Selected candidates are advised to deposit their fee by or before Wednesday 24 May 2023.

The face to face sessions will be conducted at following Stations:

• Bahawalpur
• Sawabi
• Rawalpindi
• Lahore
• Sialkot
• Multan
• Quetta

1. Send your scanned copy of paid challan (NUMS Copy) at [email protected] latest by Wednesday 24 May 2023  for confirmation of seat.
2. After fee submission, please report to the NUMS Admission Office along with (one set of Photocopies) following documents latest by Wednesday 24 May 2023 or dispatch your documents at Admissions Office, NUMS Secretariat, C/O PEMH, The Mall, Rawalpindi, Pakistan within due date.

1. 4 Passport-size colored photographs, white or blue background.
2. Candidate’s CNIC
3. Degree &Transcript (Sixteen years of education)
4. Highest Degree (If any)
5. NOC from employer (If Govt/Semi employed).
6. Valid registration with regulatory body, wherever applicable
7. Original Paid Fee Challan (NUMS Copy)
8. NUMS Admission Offer letter

3. NOC from the respective organization of the employee is a pre-requisite for confirmation of admission. (if applicable). NOC can be submitted at the face to face session.

Fee Refund Policy

1. Course Fee deposited will be refunded in full, if application for refund is received in NUMS Admission Office up to 7^th day of commencement of classes on Moodle. Within 8 to 15 days of classes, 50% fee will be refunded.
2. No fee will be refunded if application for refund is received in NUMS Admission Office on or after 15th day of commencement of classes on Moodle.
